I heard that Wyldfire (Hollis R. Sullivan) said that they will be closing out our neighborhood by Friday, April 4, b/c they have over 90% of the residents in the Cherry Creek Estates signed and will not be paying any more moneys out and do not need any more signatures. Do you know if this is true or not?

I just received another notice from Wyldfire Energy claiming that “the area for the drill site has already been leasedd and we have selected a location for the gas well.” They claim to have leased “almost all of the neighborhoods.” They are also asking to meet so they can pay a lease bonus of “$XXXXXX per lot” (their words). I wonder if we’re making any progress on the negotiation front. (3/27/08)

So what is the lastest? Has there been an offer of more than the $1,500 and 22%?
What is our goal, before we say “OK that is good enough, where do I sign?”
What is the offer per acre as of right now?

Tom, Hollis/Sullivan is the only company that has approached Lonesome Dove residents. I am concerned that if you negotiate with the companies that have approached other neighborhoods, LD residents won’t be able to benefit. Does this make sense?

What is the recent status on the whole negotiating tactics? I’m still recieving flyers and knocks on my door from Wyldfire. (This doesn’t bother me, it just lets me know that they are not where they want to be yet to start drilling.) Also could the meeting minutes be posted for those who are unable to attend? I am in the Hunters Trail addition. There seems to be some distrust between the members of the so called Hunter Trail and the Highland additions. I would like to be added as a participant of POSAR, if that is an option to me. Please contact me and let me know what my options are. I do not have the time or the inclination be part of a group that is to busy arguing among themselves to have our best interest as a group at heart. I am also not alone in this thinking, others in my addition feel the same.
